When you book with UTOvacation Inc., (hereafter "UTOvacation"), the following Terms and Conditions are part of your contract with UTOvacation.
By making a reservation through this website or by telephone, you expressly accept the following Terms and Conditions, without modification, and you are legally bound by them. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and if you do not accept all of them do not make a reservation through the website or by telephone.
- Posted Prices
Prices are based on costs at the time of posting. Prices depend on numerous factors including, fuel and exchange rates. If any of the costs increase, UTOvacation may increase the price of any item. UTOvacation reserves the right to increase or decrease prices and will make all efforts to advise of price increases at least 15 days prior to departure date. If the cost increase is more than 7% (excluding government tax), you may cancel your booking and receive a complete refund.
- Special Offers
Occasionally, UTOvacation may advertise special offers, which may be generally available or restricted to certain departure cities and destinations. These promotions may be time sensitive, cannot be combined with any other promotion and will be limited to specific numbers. UTOvacation may withdraw any of these offers at any time with or without prior notice.
3.0 Non-Refundable Deposits

A Non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure a travel date and or booking. Please note, full payment may be required when booking special on-sale products (check the product page for full description and exact payment schedule)
3.1 Credit Card Policy
UTOvacation accepts most major credit cards including Visa & MasterCard. When payment is received by any of these cards, UTOvacation will appear as the vendor on your credit card statement. By authorizing the use your credit card to pay for the travel services provided by UTOvacation you are accepting these Terms and Conditions and the non-refundable deposit. By providing UTOvacation with authorization to use your credit card you are confirming that you will pay the total amount charged for those services to the card issuer in accordance with your cardholder agreement.
2.1 Reservations Procedures

Step 2 Login or Register a new account.
Step 3 Select your desired departure date and departure city
Step 4 Make a deposit online, for exact deposit amount please refer to tour package online.
Step 5 Secure a valid VISA
Step 6 Make secondary deposit payment (if required) and/or final payment
3.0 Deposits
Initial deposit required at the time of booking. In addition, some products may require a second deposit before final payment. Please carefully review your product pages for your reference. Deposits are non-refundable.
3.1 Late Payment
If there is any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice, all travel services may be subject to automatic cancellation or postponement. A service reinstatement fee of $100 will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance to apply for reconfirmation of services.
3.2 UTO Assurance
By purchasing UTOvacation's Travel Assurance program, passengers may rebook/reschedule their scheduled tour without penalty.
• UTOvacation's Travel Assurance Program must be purchased within 14 days of initial booking.
• UTOvacation's Travel Assurance Program: reschedule/rebook up to 180 days before departure $ 99 - $ 399
• UTOvacation's Travel Assurance Program: reschedule/rebook up to 120 days before departure $ 199 - $ 499
• UTOvacation's Travel Assurance Program: reschedule/rebook up to 90 days before departure $ 299 - $ 599
• Please note, upon purchasing UTOvacation's Travel Assurance program, you understand that this program is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please note, when UTOvacation's Travel Assurance program is purchased, payments made by the customer will first be applied to the UTOvacation's Travel Assurance program and then to the remainder of the tour package.
3.3 UTO Worry-Free Plan (Reg $299-699pp):
Risk Free Deposit:
1. By making a deposit in a timely manner, you will secure a vacation spot and avoid any future package/service price increase. Within the first 15 days after you put down the deposit, you may cancel at any time without a question asked and receive a full refund in the form of your payment.
2. After 15 days of your deposit payment, you may still cancel your trip for any reason up to 180 days prior to your departure date and your deposit(non-refundable) will be converted to UTO future travel credit in full amount for 24 months. (If you cancel within 180 days before tour departure date, your deposit will be lost plus penalty as per terms and conditions)
Flexible Name/Tour Change:
1. No administration fee is charged for name change/tour change/minor correction up to 180 days prior to your departure date (except for any additional cost/surcharge already occurred, if any, imposed by any third party. i.e., airline, cruise line)
2. There is an administration fee of $100pp for any name change/tour change plus any additional cost/surcharge already occurred, if any, imposed by any third party. i.e., airline, cruise line, hotel, ground operator if you wish to make such change within 180 days before the tour starts.
Preferential Force Majeure Solution:
If there are any force majeure events happening beyond the control of UTOvacation (Global pandemics, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, wars, strikes or travel restrictions etc.), your payment less any expenses already occurred will be converted to UTO future travel credit for 24 months.
Extra Care:
1. If full payment is not received on the due date as per terms and conditions on our end, we will offer guests an extra 24 hours’ period before cancelling the reservation and imposing any penalties after the deadline time.
2. Supporting document for visa application is provided for free of charge.
Remarks:
1.UTO Worry-Free Plan is complimentary for new bookings only and cannot be combined with any other similar promotions. The existing reservations are not applicable for the plan.
2. Only itinerates with such are applicable for UTO Worry-Free Plan.
3. By purchasing UTO Worry-Free Plan, you understand that this program is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments made by the customer will first be applied to UTO Worry-Free Plan and then to the remainder of the tour package.
4.0 Finalization of the booking
Balance payment of any regular products or services is due 180 days prior to departure date unless specified. If the full payment is not obtained by the due date, UTOvacation reserves the right to cancel such reservation and retain the pre-paid deposit to cover any expenses incurred.
4.1 Visa Documentation
Travelers are responsible for securing their own VISA prior to the departure date. You may either employ UTOvacation to assist with the acquisition of a valid VISA, or you may get a VISA yourself.
5.0 Trip Confirmation
A final trip confirmation by email including day by day itinerary, hotel information, and flight information will be sent by email to the main contact passenger or uploaded to the booking account’s “my account” approximately one month before the departure date.
6.0 Airline and Cruise Line Details
UTOvacation provides a variety of airfares or cruise fare from different airlines and cruise lines for your convenience. Tickets are issued approximately 1 month prior to the departure date. UTOvacation is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the airline or cruise line. Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice. Please note, cruise lines reserve the right to cancel, modify or substitute any scheduled port of calls and the schedule at any time and for any reason whatsoever without prior notice due to the navigation authority and water conditions. UTOvacation is not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets, international or domestic, not issued by UTOvacation. UTOvacation reserves the right to rebook any travel itinerary as required.
6.1 Airline Contact Information
Passengers are responsible to provide UTOvacation with their full name as it appears on their passport (or other government-issued I.D. when traveling), date of birth, gender, address, phone number, email and fax data for all passengers. Passengers must ensure that names are correctly listed on their invoice. UTOvacation will not be responsible for passengers who do not receive an invoice or documents or are denied boarding due to inaccurate information.
6.2 Airline and Cruise Line Name Changes
Any name adjustments including minor spelling corrections may result in airline or cruise line reservations to be canceled or rebooked. Reservations are subject to current availability and pricing at the time of rebooking. Once airline or cruise line tickets are issued, subsequent name corrections will be subject to an airline or cruise line rebooking fee which may be as much as the full Current market price of the airline or cruise line ticket plus a $100 revision fee per change. UTOvacation will not be held responsible/liable for the denial of services by a carrier due to any name inaccuracies.
6.3 Airline Tickets
Once full payment is received, UTOvacation airline tickets will be issued approximately 30 days prior to departure and are fully non-refundable. Once issued, some Published Instant Purchase Airfare tickets may be changed prior to the departure date and the airfare applied toward travel within 12 months of the original date of issue for a fee of $200 or more plus any difference in airfare; however, some tickets are non-changeable; specific fees and policies may vary by airline. Please note that some airlines do not accept all major credit cards for payment of Published Instant Purchase Airfare.
6.4 Airline Schedule Changes
If a schedule change occurs UTOvacation will make every effort to inform passengers of the schedule change and new flight schedule prior to departure. However, customers are responsible for checking their flight schedule 24-72 hours before departure on the specific airline’s website. UTOvacation is not responsible/liable for schedule changes including, when applicable, changes in routing and/or the number of stops in the itinerary. UTOvacation is unable to provide any refund or compensation for schedule changes, seat assignment modifications, or cancellations implemented by an airline
6.5 Airline Baggage
UTOvacation is not responsible/liable for the safekeeping or securing of any baggage during the flight or ground tours. Travelers are responsible to ensure their baggage adheres to the pre-specified requirements of the designated airlines. Please visit the airline website for baggage requirements. UTOvacation is not responsible/liable for checked bag fees, excess luggage or weight charges levied by an airline
7.0 Hotel Accommodations
All travel with UTOvacation is based on double occupancy rules. A single occupancy surcharge will be applicable to travelers traveling on their own. Triple room occupancy is based on two single beds with a sofa/folding bed or cot or no extra bed depends on hotel availability. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference, and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Hotel check-in time is approximately not before 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late-night flight is being used. UTOvacation reserves the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations.
8.0 Meals
Meals are defined specifically for each itinerary. Typically for most tours, unless specified will include a breakfast at the hotel. Optional meal packages are available upon requests. Although UTOvacation makes every effort to maintain quality standards with its partners, the overall quality of the meals is not the responsibility of UTOvacation. Any specific dietary requests should be made directly to the Hotel staff.
9.0 Transfers
Transfers are provided as indicated for each tour by car, minibus, or motor coach provided airfare is purchased from UTOvacation. If you purchase a land-only tour, or if you deviate from the arrival and/or departure dates as stated in the itinerary, you will have the option to add transfer services to your reservation. Your arrival transfer is guaranteed for up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time in order to compensate for minor delays. UTOvacation or the transfer company will not be responsible for flight delays, for any reason, beyond one hour from your originally scheduled arrival time. In case of a delay, whether due to a flight delay, immigration and customs, or time spent reporting baggage damage or loss, it will be your responsibility to make other transfer arrangements such as a taxi. Transfer costs are non-refundable, and any additional expenses will be your responsibility.
10.0 Guided Tours
Guided or Escorted tours are operated typically by bus, the size is normally dictated by the number of participants. The number of participants may vary during the tour. The times and schedules as listed on the itineraries are approximate and meant only as guidelines. It is the travelers' responsibility to arrive on time for all scheduled flights, cruises, and package components. Arriving late may be considered a “skip”, in which case you will not be eligible for a refund for the unused service(s). Please note, certain components of the trip are considered mandatory, and if a traveler does “skip” these mandatory events, a fine of U$100/pr person per day is applicable.
10.1 Holidays/Construction
Please note, depending on the destination, certain religious or national holidays or seasonal construction may result in closure of a specific attraction. UTOvacation will make its best effort to ensure proper planning is implemented to avoid such complications. UTOvacation reserves the right to provide alternate and amended arrangements.
10.2 English Language
All guided tours are conducted in English. UTOvacation makes its best effort to ensure all tour guides are fluent in English. Additional languages may be offered but cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to the product details of the tour for other language services.
11.0 Optional Sightseeing Tours
During your guided tour, a series of additional tours are available for purchase. These tours are available for purchase at any time. Please note, additional tours are subject to availability and require a minimum number of participants. Should an optional tour not reach the minimum number of participants a refund will be provided.
12.0 Traveler Conduct Policy:
To ensure the safety and enjoyable experience of all its clients. UTOvacation reserves the right to reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or violent including individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return, are the responsibility of the disruptive individual. All unused services are non-refundable.
13.0 Payment Alert:
Safeguarding your payment(s) is our top priority. In order to prevent any rampant fraudulence or deception, we ask our customers to settle payment(s) through your account on UTOvacation official website at www.utovacation.com. Should you choose offline payment submission, Cheque/Money order/Bank draft/Credit card (with credit card authorization form filled out and signed) are accepted and the payee must be UTOvacation. Please be advised that UTOvacation has never been allowing Bank transfer/Email transfer for transactions and Cash is not recommended. If you find something suspicious regarding your payment, please call 1-855.526.1286 before any further actions.
Remarks:
1) UTOvacation reserves the right to impose relevant fuel/inflation surcharge if Brent Crude Oil Price Index or US/Canada Official CPI has jumped over 4% between your booking date and tour departure date.
2) The credits in the Affiliate Program cannot be combined with any other promotions or coupons and redeemed in the same booking.
3) Any promotional coupons cannot be applied to any of the extra items including but not limited to visa service fees, gratuities, sightseeing admission ticket fares, meal plans, single supplement charges, airport transfers, travel insurance, any taxes/surcharges and optional tours.
4) UTOvacation reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour any time prior to departure date if the group has less than ten passengers. An alternative departure date will be offered for no extra charge or full payment will be returned. If there are extreme cases happening which are all beyond our control including but not limited to any travel restrictions, lock-downs imposed by governments, health organizations, travel bureaus or any global pandemics, regional epidemics, wars and any other acts of god, a full travel credit will be offered for the terminated tours and such credit could be redeemed for future trip rebooking or rescheduling. UTOvcation reserves the right to charge any expenses already occurred should the above extreme situations arise and UTOvacation is not reliable for any extra cost or loss caused by those situations.
