With that said, we are constantly monitoring the situation with all of our international partners as it pertains to Covid-19. Although many nations are still restricting travel, UTOvacation has secured some incredible packages for the fall of 2021 and 2022 in the hope that the Covid-19 pandemic is controlled by then. Over the next few weeks, UTOvacation will be launching a series of NEVER before seen tour packages with unbeatable prices.
Should travel restrictions still persist during the time of your planned trip, UTOvacation has recently announced Trip Assurance to protect its passengers. Through UTOvacation's Trip Assurance program, you will be able to reschedule your trip to any destination UTOvacation travels to for up to 30 months. Please note, this level of trip protection is nearly double the industry average. The management team at UTOvacations feels compelled to show our customers that we are firmly on their side as it relates to their pursuit of the dream of travel.

Hello Customers,
Here are some updates for your consideration
1) All scheduled trips departing prior to September 1st 2020 will be receiving a full travel credit which is usable for the next 30 months. This is in accordance with the TICO regulations, please note that UTOvacation is offering 6 additional months above and beyond the 24 months which is recommended by our governing body.

2) For departures post-October 2020, we are operating business as usual. Please note all standard terms and conditions apply. We are proud to announce that we have successfully rescheduled the majority of our February departures. If you have not rescheduled your trip, please follow these instructions. We will be adding more dates and availabilities in the next few days.
As a reminder, UTOvacation is offering rescheduling for up-to 18 months of the original departure date for Feb-May departures to China.

UTOvacation will be extending our rescheduling opportunity for all those scheduled to travel to China in April and May 2020. At this stage we will still be operating tours in April and May, however, we wanted to provide this proactive opportunity to those who are uncomfortable to travelling to China so soon. We will continue to monitor this situation as it unfolds.

UTOvacation has created over 150 new departure dates with thousands of availabilities to help accommodate passengers in Feb & Mar 2020 who require rescheduled trips. All of the passengers impacted would have received either an email or an SMS notification.

With the ever-changing situation in China as it pertains to the Coronavirus, UTOvacation will be granting all passengers who are scheduled to travel in the month of March 2020 to China the ability to rebook their trip in the next 18 months.
For passengers travelling in the months of April, May and June, we do ask for your patience, we are experiencing a significant backlog with change requests for February and are doing our very best to accommodate.
UTOvacation will continue to monitor the situation and keep everyone posted.

The goal of UTOvacation has always been to provide exotic, affordable and unforgettable experiences in a safe environment. UTOvacation this week sent our management team including our owner to review the situation in China and the CoronaVirus. This firsthand account coupled with advice/information from organizations such as the World Health Organization and the Centre for Disease and Control is how UTO basis’ our decision on the status of all planned tours especially those connected to China.
In an unprecedented decision, UTOvacation will be offering rescheduled tour packages for all travellers departing in the month of February 2020 to China. For passengers travelling in March, April or May 2020 a decision will be made in the next 3 weeks after additional observations of the ever-changing situation. Customers may reschedule their tour for up to 18 months from their original departure date. A detailed plan will be provided by Jan 31st, 2020. Despite absorbing airline, bus and hotel rescheduling fees, UTOvacation has decided to put the peace of mind of our passengers above financial consequences.
It is our sincere hope that as the situation improves and our customers may still get the opportunity to enjoy the many treasures of China. In the next few days, we will be sending rescheduling information and procedures to apply your situation
